The following are the statistics and snap counts for all BYU alumni who played in the NFL this week:
Kyle Van Noy, LB, New England Patriots. Van Noy started and had seven solo tackles, including two for loss, three assisted tackles, and a pass deflection in New England’s victory over Atlanta. He played 52 snaps on defense (91%) and three snaps on special teams (`5%). Season Totals: 40 solo tackles, nine assisted tackles, three tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks.
Daniel Sorensen, S, Kansas City Chiefs. Sorensen started and had six solo tackles including two for loss, and three assisted tackles in Kansas City’s loss to Oakland. He played 80 snaps on defense (98%) and 11 more on special teams (34%). Season Totals: 30 solo tackles, 11 assisted tackles, one half sack, three tackle for loss, three passes defended.
Michael Davis, CB, Los Angeles Chargers. Davis had three solo tackles in the Chargers win over Denver. He played 20 special teams snaps. Season Totals: Seven solo tackles, one assisted tackle.
Bronson Kaufusi, DE, Baltimore Ravens. Kaufusi had two assisted tackles in Baltimore’s loss to Minnesota. He played just five defensive snaps (8%) and one special teams snap (3%). Season Totals: Two solo tackles, one assisted tackle in two games played.
Jamaal Williams, RB, Green Bay Packers. Williams had his first NFL tackle, playing special teams for Green Bay in their loss to New Orleans. He played 11 snaps on special teams (42%). Season Totals: Six rushes for 22 yards, one reception for five yards, one tackle.
Kai Nacua, DB, Cleveland Browns. Nacua recorded no stats in Cleveland’s loss to Tennessee, playing 12 snaps on special teams (48%). Season Totals: No stats
John Denney, LS, Miami Dolphins. Denney played in 11 special team plays (33%) as long snapper and recorded no stats in Miami’s victory over New York. Season Totals: No stats.
Ezekiel Ansah, DE, Detroit Lions. Detroit had a bye this week. Season Totals: 13 solo tackles, one assisted tackle, four sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery.

- Alani Fua, LB, Arizona Cardinals. Fua was on injured reserve last season and started this year there as well, but his knee never fully healed so they waived him on September 17, 2017. Season Totals: no stats
