BYU Pro Tracker: NFL, Week 3

Kyle Van Noy, LB, New England Patriots.  Van Noy started and put up a career high 11 total tackles (nine solo) as the Patriots defeated Houston.  He played all 71 defensive snaps as well as seven snaps on special teams (20%).  So far this season he has played every single defensive snap, recording 21 total tackles, good for second on the team.  Season Totals: 17 solo tackles, four assisted tackles.

Jordan Leslie, WR, Cleveland Browns.  Leslie was re-signed by the Browns and saw his first regular season NFL action this week.  He took advantage catching the only pass thrown to him—a 26 yarder that set up a Cleveland score. He played 21 offensive snaps (27%) as well as 19 snaps on special teams (56%).  Season Totals: one reception for 26 yards.

Daniel Sorensen, S, Kansas City Chiefs. Started and recorded six solo tackles and two assisted tackles, playing 71 snaps on defense (97%) and five more on special teams (19%).  Season Totals: 14 solo tackles, two assisted tackles.

Ezekiel Ansah, DE, Detroit Lions.  Ansah followed last week’s huge six tackle three sack performance with a very quiet game on Sunday.  He started but recorded no tackles or quarterback hurries while playing 33 of 68 defensive snaps (48%). Season Totals: Seven solo tackles, three sacks, one forced fumble.

Jamaal Williams, RB, Green Bay Packers.  Williams had one rush for six yards in Green Bay’s victory over Cincinnati.  He played five offensive snaps (7%) and eight more on special teams (24%).  Season Totals: Five rushes for 21 yards, one reception for five yards

Kai Nacua, DB, Cleveland Browns. Recorded no stats against Cleveland, playing 10 snaps on special teams (29%). Season Totals: No stats

Harvey Langi, ILB, New England Patriots.  Langi did not play in New England’s win over Houston.  Season Totals: One solo tackle

Bronson Kaufusi, DE, Baltimore Ravens.  Was not active this week and has not played yet this season.  Season Totals: No stats.

Taysom Hill, QB, New Orleans Saints.  On the 53 man roster but has not seen any game action yet.  Season Totals: No stats.

John Denney, LS, Miami Dolphins.  Played in nine special team plays (35%) as long snapper and recorded no stats.  Season Totals: No stats.
