Recruiting Profile: JUCO Transfer Trevion Greene (CB, Class of 2017)

The BYU football team will be joined this fall by Trevion Greene, a 6-foot-4 190 pound cornerback who made his intentions known on Twitter yesterday:

Greene is transferring from Chabot College, where last season he had 33 tackles and eleven pass breakups for the Gladiators.  He is blazing fast, recording a 4.39 forty time and a 10.61 in the 100 meters.

Greene prepped at Milpitas High School, where he was teammates with BYU running back Squally Canada.  His senior season he had three carries for 21 yards, 11 receptions for 206 yards (18.7 avg) and two touchdowns, and returned eight kickoffs for 130 yards (16.3 avg).  On defense he had 14 tackles (13 solo), and a sack.  He was not rated by Scout, Rivals, or ESPN.  He held a scholarship offer to Iowa State and also saw recruiting interest from Colorado and San Diego State.
