I caught up with Hall to ask him about his recruiting.

BYU Insider: Why did you choose BYU?

Hall:  I grew up watching and cheering for my brothers. I just felt it’s the right school for me. And coach Sitaki is the type of leader that I want to follow.  Two of my brothers attend with a third on the way, but I look forward to showing everyone that I’m more than just a legacy name. I’m a player that will work to prove my worth.

BYU Insider: What other schools are showing you love in the recruiting process?

Hall:  It’s early in the process, but I’ve had contact with Arizona, Utah, and Utah State

BYU Insider: What are some of your favorites?

Hall:  Marvel movies, Science Fiction, clean modern hip hop, country, and some pop, Cheerios, Italian food

BYU Insider: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Hall:  Do all things in life the best you can, strive for excellence.

BYU Insider: Who is a current player that you seek to emulate on the field?

Hall:  OBJ (Odell Beckham Jr, receiver for the Cleveland Browns)
