Houston Heimuli is a 5-foot-11 265-pound fullback for Brigham Young University, recruited as part of the Class of 2015 and again as part of the Class of 2022.
BYU summary: In four seasons at Stanford (roster years 2018-2021), Heimuli played in 42 games with four starts. Had eight receptions for 32 yards and a touchdown, with a two-point conversion and a fumble recovery (BYUcougars.com).

- 2021 (Junior). Was a team captain and played in 12 games. Had one reception for 11 yards.
- 2020 (COVID Junior). Played in six games (one start), and had two catches for 10 yards and a 2-point conversion and a fumble recovery. Was All-PAC12 honorable mention (coaches) and won Jack Huston Award.
- 2019 (Sophomore). Played in 12 games (three starts) and had three catches for three yards.
- 2018 (Freshman). Played in 12 games and had one catch for a one yard touchdown. PAC-12 All Academic honorable mention.
- 2017 (Redshirt). Member of scout team.
- 2015-2016 (LDS mission). Indianapolis, Indiana.
Stanford. At Stanford Heimuli was an All-Pac12 honorable mention and the Jack Huston Award winner (2020). He was primarily a blocking back but had eight receptions for 32 yards and a touchdown.
High School. Heimuli prepped at Bountiful High School (Bountiful, Utah), where he was the 2014 Region 6 MVP, a two-time All-State fullback, and a two-time team captain. He had 370 career rushed for 2,043 yards and 22 touchdowns. Heimuli also competed in track, soccer, and rugby.
Recruitment. Heimuli was rated a 3-star composite by 247Sports (.8258), was rated the no. 3 recruit in Utah by PrepStar, and Scout, ESPN, and PrepStar all had him as the no. 2 fullback nationally. He held scholarship offers from Air Force, Northern Arizona, Weber State, and Stanford, with interest from BYU and Utah.
Personal. Heimuli’s father Lakei played football at BYU and was the starting fullback on the 1984 national championship team, and played professionally for the Chicago Bears (1987). Houston’s uncle Hema Heimuli also played for BYU.
