BYU basketball lands commit from Chinese wing Hao Dong (Class of 2023)

Hao Dong is the newest recruit to commit to play for BYU basketball, announcing his commitment today, as reported on Twitter:

Hao (pronounced “How”) was the leading scorer on the RSL Academy (Herriman, Utah) post grad team last season.

Originally from China, the 6-foot-6 wing prepped in Spain before coming to the U.S. He will join BYU this fall as a walk-on.
