
George Udo is a 6-foot-1 200-pound defensive back for Brigham Young University, recruited as part of the Class of 2019.
BYU summary: In three seasons at BYU (2019-2021), Udo has played in 24 games (three starts) and has 29 tackles (18 solo), with 5.5 tackles for loss, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup, and three sacks (BYUcougars.com).

- 2021 (Sophomore). Played in five games and had three tackles (one solo)
- 2020 (COVID Sophomore). Played in 11 games (three starts) and had 25 tackles (16 solo), with 5.5 tackles for loss, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup, and three sacks
- 2019 (Freshman). Played in eight games and had one solo tackle
High School. Udo prepped at Berean Christian (Antioch, California), where as a senior he recorded 137 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, one interception, and 17 sacks (MaxPreps). As a junior (2017) he had 60 tackles (38 solo), 1.5 tackles for loss, one pass defended, two fumble recoveries (with one returned for a touchdown), and two interceptions. He also returned two kickoffs for 61 yards.
Udo also played on the basketball team and competed in track and field. As a junior he ran a 10.93 100 meter on the track, which was good for 1st place in the NCS Class A Championships, and high jumped 6-0 for 2nd place. He has recorded a 4.32 forty-time, a 37-inch vertical, and a bench press of 325 pounds (HUDL).
Recruitment. Udo was rated 3-stars by 247Sports (0.8100), who rated him the no. 225 overall prospect from California in the Class of 2019. He held scholarship offers from Sacramento State, San Diego, and UC-Davis and has seen interest from California, Cal-Poly, and Oregon State. Udo committed to BYU on December 16, 2018 and enrolled on July 1, 2019.
