Gabe Jeudy-Lally was a 6-foot-2 185-pound defensive back for Brigham Young University, recruited as part of the Class of 2022.

BYU summary: In his one season at BYU (2022), Jeudy-Lally played in all 13 games (10 starts) and recorded 47 tackles (31 solo), with 0.5 sacks, and seven pass breakups.  In three seasons at Vanderbilt (roster years 2019-2021), Jeudy-Lally played in 23 games and had 63 tackles, one tackle for loss, two pass breakups, and two interceptions (BYUcougars.com).

  • 2023 (Graduate transfer). Entered the transfer portal on December 28, 2022 with two years of eligibility remaining.
  • 2022 (Senior). Grad transfer to BYU. Played in 13 games (10 starts), and recorded 47 tackles (31 solo), with 0.5 sacks, and seven pass breakups.
  • 2021 (Junior). Played in 12 games and had 50 tackles (35 solo) with one interception and one pass breakup
  • 2020 (Sophomore). Played in seven games (three starts) and had 13 tackles, one tackle for loss, one interception, and one pass breakup
  • 2019 (Freshman). Four games played

High School. Jeudy-Lally prepped at Ardrey Kell High School (Charlotte, North Carolina), where he had 103 solo tackles, three interceptions, six fumble recoveries, and a 23.7-yard kick return average over his prep career (MaxPreps).  He was a two-time All-Conference first-team selection. In high school he recorded a 4.59 forty time with a 34.5-inch vertical (HUDL).

Recruitment. Jeudy-Lally was rated 3-stars by 247Sports (0.8221) who rated him the no. 82 overall recruit from North Carolina in the class of 2019.  He held scholarship offers to Air Force, Army, Columbia, Harvard, Marshall, Princeton, Rice, Tulane, Vanderbilt, Yale, and about 15 smaller programs. After his three years at Vanderbilt he entered the transfer portal and was offered scholarships to Colorado, Illinois, Iowa State, and Purdue.
