
Dylan Rollins—the highest rated prospect from Montana in six years—is a BYU football signee for the Class of 2021, signing with the Cougs on December 16, 2020.

Rollins is a 6-foot-6 285 pound offensive tackle that prepped at Sentinel High School (Missoula, Montana). As a senior he started at left guard after starting at left tackle his sophomore and junior seasons. He also lined up for the defense in two games and recorded three tackles including two solo, a tackle for loss, and a sack (MaxPreps).
As a team captain, Rollins helped Sentinel to a 10-0 season and the school’s first Class AA title since 1972. The offensive line blocked for 2,111 rushing yards and 34 rushing touchdowns in 2020. Rollins was named to the All-Conference and All-State first teams as an offensive guard (HUDL), was awarded Gatorade Player of the Year in Montana, was invited to play in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl, and was a finalist for Sports Illustrated’s All-America football team. He also wrested for the Sentinels.
Rollins is rated 3-stars by Rivals and 247Sports (0.8418), who rate him as the no. 1 prospect from Montana for the Class of 2021. He had scholarship offers from Air Force, Bucknell, Central Michigan, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Minnesota, Montana, Montana State, Northern Arizona, Oregon State, UNLV, Utah State, and Yale (247Sports). Rollins also saw recruiting interest from Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Colorado, Hawaii, Navy, Nebraska (PWO offer), North Dakota State, Notre Dame, Stanford, Utah, and Washington.
Rollins is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and is “open to the mission” but joining the Cougars for the 2021 season. He could line up at the offensive tackle or guard position for BYU.
