Gallow spent 2016-2018 at Mt. San Jacinto College (San Jacinto, CA) where as a sophomore (2017) he had 31 tackles and four pass break-ups, being named to the All-American Mountain Conference first-team. As a freshman (2016) he recorded 19 tackles (15 solo) and three interceptions and was also named to the All-Conference team. Gallow prepped at Valley View High School (Moreno Valley, CA).
Gallow held scholarship offers from Purdue and UNLV. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
