Chase Roberts: WR #27, Class of 2019

Chase Roberts is a 6-foot-4 195-pound wide receiver for Brigham Young University, recruited as part of the Class of 2019.

High School. Roberts prepped at American Fork High School (Highland, Utah), where he as a senior he had 97 receptions for 1771 yards and 18 touchdowns. He also returned 17 kickoffs for 219 yards, and seven punts for 49 yards and a touchdown (MaxPreps).  In his prep career he Roberts had 217 receptions for 3,709 yards and 40 touchdowns. He made the All-State first-team in 2017 and 2018 and was selected to play in the 2019 Under Armour All-America game.

Recruitment. Roberts was rated 3-stars by 247Sports (0.8417), who rated him the no. 3 overall prospect from Utah in the Class of 2019.  He held scholarship offers from BYU and Utah and was also recruited by Stanford. Roberts signed with BYU on December 19, 2018.
